Muffin with Prosciutto di Parma PDO


  • 150 g of flour
  • 5 g di sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 7 g of yeast
  • 150 g of Prosciutto di Parma PDO


In a bowl pour the flour and add the minced Prosciutto di Parma PDO, salt, sugar, and yeast. Then add the eggs and butter at room temperature. Stir and put the mixture it in five molds. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes and serve.
