Salame Brianza PDO Omelette


3 eggs
Salame Brianza PDO’ slices
10 finely chopped mint leaves
2 teaspoon bluecheese
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste


Beat the eggs, add the mint and salt. Make a broad thin omelette with extra virgin olive oil. When cooked, add a few slices of Salame Brianza PDO and blue cheese.
