Grilled apricots with Prosciutto di Parma PDO

Ingredients:

6-8 fresh ripe apricots
6-8 slices of Prosciutto di Parma PDO – 1/2 slice per apricot
Olive oil
Salt
Mozzarella balls
Salad

Preparation:

Cut apricots in half and apricots and place half apricot on a plate tray and brush with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill for the oil, then put the apricots on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. While the apricots rest, prepare the mozzarella salad and parma ham. Serve immediately.
