Pasta with Zampone di Modena PGI


Short-cut pasta 250g

500 g Zampone Modena PGI

Half a white onion

15 Cherry tomatoes

200g Black olives

Salt, pepper and oil


Fry the onion, finely chopped, in a pan together with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once the onion has started to soften, add the slices of Zampone Modena PGI sausage and brown them. Then add the cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters, and sauté them in the pan. As soon as the pasta has cooked, drain it, add it to the pan with the other ingredients and stir fry it for a few minutes.
