Fava bean salad and Prosciutto di Modena PDO


  • 200 g of fava beans
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of Prosciutto di Modena PDO
  • EVO oil to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Wash the fava beans and cook them with the chopped onion over a low heat in a saucepan. When they are soft, remove them from the heat and allow cooling. Place the fava beans in a dish with a drop of lemon juice, EVO oil, salt, and pepper. Finally, garnish with slices of Prosciutto di Modena PDO and parsley. Mix the ingredients and serve.
