Bruschetta salad with Prosciutto di Modena PDO


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 1 orange
  • 2 leafs of mint
  • Prosciutto di Modena PDO
  • 1 tablespoon of Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI
  • EVO oil to taste
  • Salt to taste


Toast the bread and meanwhile peel and cut the orange. Wash the rocket and dry it with a paper towel. Place all the ingredients in a plate and season with vinegar, EVO oil and a pinch of salt. Garnish with mint and serve.
